Hi I’m Carly,

My lifelong passion has always been makeup! Much of my childhood was spent dancing in competitions and wearing makeup to perform was always so much fun for me! As I got older, all my girlfriends would always ask me to do their makeup for homecoming and prom. I loved it so much that I then decided to make it my career and attend Cosmetology School my last two years of high school. After graduating, I was lucky enough to attend Joe Blasco makeup school in Orlando, followed by a full time career in Cosmetics for the next 10 years, while also freelancing for Weddings and Events.

After years behind the counter painting faces, I felt Permanent Makeup was that next level I needed to advance my career and the quality of my work. After a lot of practice, and continuing education over the past nine years, I can proudly say that I have perfected my craft in Microblading and Permanent Makeup.

As much as I love the art of this work, my favorite part is being able to enhance ones natural beauty. Being a mother of two growing daughters who look up to me, it is ever so important to me that I play my part in empowering you to feel more beautiful, and more confident in your skin. Not to mention helping you “get ready” in half the time!

our Process

Consultation

Consultations are included in your scheduled appointment time. If you have had any previous work or have any special circumstances – please send a photo of the area to me and we can decide if a separate consult is needed beforehand.

Pre-Care & Post-Care

Strict adherence to pre and post care instruction is required for best results. Instructions for all services are located here.

Multiple Sessions & Results

Cosmetic tattooing typically requires multiple sessions. Pricing is per session.

Additional sessions are available at the time of booking as a discounted rate. Your additional session is valid for up to 6 months. If you book within 2-6 months and reschedule beyond 6 months, your session will be reclassified as a 6+month touch up and charged accordingly- no exceptions.

Results are based on skin type, age, lifestyle and pre/post compliance.

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation/No Show Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your
appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total balance due at your appointment. All payments are non-refundable, absolutely no exceptions, so please ensure you double check your availability before you book and please plan accordingly.

Booking fees are transferable to another date if notice is provided at least 5 days in advance. Each client will be honored one reschedule, after this you will forfeit your deposit.

Loft Policies & Guidelines

Please no food, guests, children or pets.

Only client receiving treatment is permitted in the loft.

You must be 18 years or older to receive treatment.

Services are not available to pregnant clients (except for henna
brows).

Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Services will be refused if you show visible signs of illness.

***PLEASE NOTE***

All clients with any previous work, or existing pigment MUST first start with a consultation or send clear photos to 813-713-5082 or email to carly@facesbycarly.com. Depending on desired results, most “corrections” are best achieved with at least one removal session. Clients with previous work should expect an additional $200 correction fee.

AS A NEW CLIENT TO ME:
All first time services are considered a new treatment and will be
charged full price. I do not offer “touch ups” to new clients.

Just as many forms of art do, the art of PMU had evolved tremendously! The way I was taught 10 years ago, is not the way I work now. Over time, we as artists have seen it all. Healing and pigment retention is different for every single client. Because of this, my approach to your service has slightly changed. You have your initial treatment, you heal, enjoy your brows and lips. If you’re happy with your results, great! If you need a little more, we wait 8-12 weeks for brows. Lip Blush, about 4 months. Lip Neutralization, 6 months. Pricing is per service. Updated pricing is listed in booking app.

Healing is 3-5 days, with full results revealing over 8-16 weeks. Most
treatments last 1-5 years.

My main goal is to give you beautiful brows and lips, but I also strive to keep you as comfortable as possible! I offer numbing agents as needed, but please know you are essentially receiving a face tattoo. I needle to the skin is no comparison to a relaxing facial, but the majority of my clients are perfectly comfortable. The results are worth any pain endured 😉

I perform all of my services at the beautiful Salon Lofts in Westchase/Tampa, FL, Tuesday- Friday. Saturday appointments once a month when possible. You can schedule appointments with me through the booking link above, or via the Salon Lofts Westchase booking app.

A week ago Carly did my Permanent Microblading on my eyebrows, I waited a week to explain how the Post care was for me. First of all from the first moment I saw myself when she finished her work of art I loved it. In the process that she was working on my eyebrows, I did not feel discomfort, it was relaxing with beautiful music in the background, She gave me instructions, which I followed step by step and explained what I could feel after the procedure. Honestly I forgot that I had the procedure done because I never felt discomfort and the best thing is everyone tells me how beautiful I look but they do not know what the change is (which I like because it was a subtle and natural change). I asked her to showcase my natural eyebrows. Carly is very professional and experienced. She chose the best color that goes with my skin tone. Now my eyebrows are with better shape and fuller, I look and feel beautiful.
